Leg Artisan Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was advertised, Leg Artisan will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns for any other reason, including a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our storage location in Slidell, Louisiana, USA.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Returned products must be in their original condition unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us within the 14-day period to arrange your exchange.
