- Exchange Option (7-14 Days): If you wish to exchange your item after the initial 7 days and within 14 days of receipt, you may do so. However, the shipping cost will be at your expense.
Custom Orders
- Defective Custom Orders: If you receive a custom order that has a noticeable defect, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it. We will provide a free return shipping label for such returns.
- Non-Defective Custom Orders: We do not accept returns for custom orders unless there is a defect. Please ensure that all custom orders are correct before finalizing your purchase.
